I started with my basic resume, not directed towards any audience. I then put it into ChatGPT, and I gave it two different prompts. For the first AI-generated resume, the prompt I gave it was: enhance this resume to fit a basic marketing job, make it sound professional, and have a clear, easy-to-read layout. For the second AI-generated resume, I told it to be more professional and fit more of a management job, using clear strong words, have a clear easy to read layout, as well as make the words  more professional. I do see a difference in the two. The marketing resume has less detail and the word choice is not as strong. In the management resume the word choice is a lot stronger the and the summary went into more details about my prior experiences. In my original resume my summary was very broad as well as not having a certain profession in mind when writing it. I have learned a lot about how to use AI since it has gotten so much popular over this past year. I learned how specific you have to be and the importance of key words to have it generate what you really want it to. It can generate endless possibilities so being specific to your topic is the most important part in my opinion.
